What's a Brand Portal?
A branded page built from your products that you send to a buyer instead of a PDF. Your pricing, your certifications, and your images, always current. Buyers can request samples or place an order right from it.
Do buyers need an account to view my Brand Portal?
No. It's a link. Buyers open it and see your products, pricing, and proof, no login required.
What if I need more Brand Portals?
Upgrade any time to move from 5 to 10 to 20.
Can I use my own domain?
On Starter and Standard, yes. Your Brand Portals run on your domain with Verai's name out of the way, so a buyer sees your brand and not ours. On Free, portals are hosted on verai.co.
Can I stop buyers from ordering on a portal?
Yes, per portal. Turn order requests off for the accounts that should just be browsing — a distributor territory you don't sell into directly, an account you're not ready to take on — and they still see the products, the pricing, and the proof.
How do I get paid?
Send a checkout link straight from a request. The buyer pays your connected Stripe account directly, no separate invoicing tool needed.
What if my product data lives somewhere else?
Import it. Connect Shopify, pull from Faire, or upload a spreadsheet, PDF, or URL. AI does the mapping and you review before anything goes live.
